1. FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products marked FINAL SALE are considered final purchases.

Final sale items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing, colors, and other details before purchasing.
Refunds or replacements will be provided where required by applicable law, including for qualifying defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

2. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are products purchased before they become available for immediate shipment.

Payment: Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
Processing Time: Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided in the product description when available.
Shipping Delays: Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, or shipping delays.
Cancellations: Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing a pre-order, provided production or fulfillment has not begun.
After 24 Hours: Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.
Returns & Exchanges: Pre-order items are final sale for change-of-mind purposes once fulfilled, unless otherwise stated.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be contacted regarding available options, including a refund where applicable.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are specially created, personalized, or modified according to a customer's specific requests.

Payment: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
Order Accuracy: Customers must carefully review all submitted details, including names, designs, colors, sizes, and customization instructions.
Approval: Once the final design or customization details have been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests submitted before production begins may be considered. Any refund will depend on work already completed and applicable law.
Final Sale: Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for change-of-mind or customer-submitted sizing and design errors.
Production Time: Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and material availability.

ABD is not responsible for errors in customization details submitted and approved by the customer. This does not affect rights relating to production defects or errors made by our store.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

Cancellation requests are subject to the purchase category and fulfillment status.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
