CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES

Full payment is required after your design and final quote have been approved. Your shoes will not be purchased and customization will not begin until payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shoe size. Please carefully confirm your size before approving your order. Once your shoes have been purchased, size changes may not be possible.

Your design concept, customization details and final price will be confirmed before payment. Once production begins, major design changes may not be possible and additional changes may result in an additional fee.

Each pair is individually customized. An estimated production timeframe will be provided with your quote. Production time may vary depending on design complexity and order volume and does not include shipping time.

Because each pair is customized specifically for you, custom orders are FINAL sale once production begins, except where required by applicable law or if your order arrives defective or materially different from the approved order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact ABD as soon as possible. Once your shoes or customization materials have been purchased or production has begun, cancellation and refund options may be limited.

Every pair of ABD Custom Kicks is individually customized by hand. Minor variations in color, placement and detailing may occur and are part of the unique nature of custom-made products.

Inspiration images may be submitted to help communicate your desired style. Inspiration is used as a reference and does not guarantee an exact reproduction. Designs may be adapted to create an original ABD custom piece.
